What do I need to rent?

A valid driver's license, a credit or debit card in your name, and meeting the minimum age (21+). International licenses with an IDP are accepted.

Do you accept debit cards?

Yes. A debit card requires a security deposit of $300–500 (depending on vehicle) that is fully refunded on return, assuming no damage or violations.

What's included in my quote price?

Everything: base rate, all taxes, facility fees, young-driver surcharge (if applicable), and any selected insurance or additional-driver fees.

How does the security deposit work?

We hold a deposit on your card at pickup and release it within 3–5 business days of return (sooner for credit cards).

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes — tap-to-pay is accepted at pickup. You'll still need a card on file for the deposit hold.

Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?

Minimum is 24 hours. Maximum is 30 days.

Where can I pick up?

We deliver to the Strip, Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), and Henderson. Delivery fee is $25. Self-pickup at our main lot is free.

Any time between 7am and 10pm daily. Early morning or late night arrangements can be made for an additional $25 convenience fee.

Do I need to return the car with a full tank?

Yes — return with a full tank. If returned below full, a $7/gallon refueling fee applies.

What if I need to return the car early or late?

Early returns get a prorated refund for full unused days. Late returns are charged at the daily rate per hour over.

Does my personal auto insurance cover rental cars?

Often yes — most comprehensive personal auto policies extend to rental cars. Check with your provider. Credit cards also commonly include CDW coverage.

What insurance plans do you offer?

We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at $25/day, and a full protection plan at $45/day. Both are shown in your quote before you book.

What happens if the car is damaged?

Document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. Your liability depends on the coverage you selected. We never spring surprise charges.

Is roadside assistance included?

Yes — 24/7 roadside assistance is included with every rental. You also get a direct line to the owner, not a call center.

What is the minimum driver age?

21. Drivers 21–24 pay a $25/day young-driver surcharge. We don't rent to drivers under 21.

Can I add another driver?

Yes — additional drivers are $15/day each and must present a valid license at pickup. Maximum 3 additional drivers.

Can I take the car out of Nevada?

Yes, within the continental US. Notify us in advance for trips to California, Utah, or Arizona. Mexico trips are not permitted.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with a $35 pet fee. Please use a carrier or seat cover. Excessive pet hair or damage is charged at the detailing rate.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee applies.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit one day's base rate.

If we need to cancel, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund plus a $50 voucher. This has happened zero times — but that's our commitment.
